As your machine operates, pressurized gas seamlessly enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The precisely positioned oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve, set perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, ingeniously creates a pressure differential at the oil outlet (3). This mechanism propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4) and disperses it into the compressed gas pipeline via the small oil hole (3), creating a fine mist. This oil mist subsequently enters the rock drill and the gas leg, thoroughly lubricating all moving parts and ensuring seamless operation.
