How it works:
The intricate, high-speed dynamics of the internal components in a rock drill necessitate consistent and uniform lubrication. This is where the Oil Injector steps in, delivering automatic and precise oil injection to meet all lubrication needs. When the machine is operational, pressure gas flows into the inner chamber of the shell (2) from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil exit hole (3) on the oil valve is strategically positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, creating a pressure differential at the outlet (3) as the gas flows at high speed. This pressure difference propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), and as it exits the small oil hole (3), it's atomized into a mist and injected into the compressed gas pipeline. This misted lubricating oil then travels with the compressed gas into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring all moving parts are thoroughly lubricated and efficiently functioning.

The Oil Injector boasts easy oil volume adjustments, controllable by simply pulling the oil valve handle. This straightforward mechanism allows users to precisely regulate oil volume, ensuring optimal lubrication. Ideally, an oil volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is suitable. Observing a consistent oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine indicates proper lubrication and machine health.
Caution:
Proper lubrication significantly impacts performance longevity and operational efficiency. It's advisable to avoid grease lubrication which may obstruct machine holes, impede gas flow, lead to inadequate lubrication of the head and gas leg, decrease machine efficiency, and accelerate wear and tear on parts.
