Precautions:
1. Lubricate the air pick with oil prior to operation.
2. Maintain a minimum of 3 spare air picks on hand, ensuring no single pick is used continuously for more than 2.5 hours.
3. During operation, grip the handle firmly and press the pick in the direction of the chisel to maintain strong contact with the socket.
4. Ensure the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at the joints.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into shattered objects to prevent air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from violent shaking to prevent damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the hardness of the titanium lump. The harder the lump, the shorter the pick and drill should be. Monitor the heating of the shank to avoid the pick and drill becoming stuck.
8. Address burrs promptly and avoid using them for drilling purposes.
9. Strictly avoid air strikes.
