How it works:
The high-speed dynamics of the rock drill's internal components necessitate a consistently uniform lubrication system for optimal performance. This innovative series of oil injectors is designed to efficiently lubricate three rock drills simultaneously, enhancing productivity and reliability., Our oil injector provides automated oil injection to meet precise machine lubrication requirements. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity through the oil valve's windward hole, applying pressure directly onto the oil surface. The oil outlet hole, set perpendicular to the gas flow direction, creates a pressure differential that causes lubricating oil to be discharged from the conveying pipe. Simultaneously, the oil is atomized into a fine mist within the compressed gas pipeline, seamlessly lubricating the rock drill and gas leg's various moving parts. The oil injector is user-friendly, allowing easy adjustment of the oil quantity by simply pulling the oil valve handle. Aim for an oil volume of 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Visible oil mist in the drill's exhaust indicates optimal lubrication levels.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and longevity. Avoid grease lubrication as it may clog machine holes and impede gas flow, leading to subpar lubrication of the head and gas leg, diminishing efficiency, and accelerating wear on parts.

How long will it take to deliver?
As manufacturers, we initiate production immediately upon order confirmation. Expect delivery within 15 days for stocked items; larger orders may take up to 30 days.
What terms of payment do you accept?
Our standard payment terms include T/T or D/P. A 30% deposit is required upfront for T/T, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
As a trusted factory, our prices remain stable year-round, adjusting only under two conditions: (1) Fluctuations in the U.S. dollar exchange rate; (2) Rising labor or raw material costs necessitating price changes.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We offer three primary freight transport modes: (1) 80% of shipments are sea-bound to major continents, including Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) Deliveries to landlocked neighboring countries are executed via road or rail.(3) For urgent light spare parts, we provide air transportation solutions.
