The strategically positioned oil outlet hole (3) stands perpendicular to the flow of this pressurized gas, crafting a notable pressure difference at the outlet. This sophisticated engineering efficiently propels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), spraying it into the compressed gas pipeline. As a result, the oil transforms into a fine mist that seamlessly integrates with the compressed gas, effectively lubricating the rock drill and gas leg. This process ensures smooth performance and longevity of all moving components.

Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment: simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate oil flow. We recommend an ideal oil volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. To gauge optimal lubrication, observe the oil mist within the drilling machine's exhaust—a clear indicator of proper oil lubrication and machinery health.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for peak performance and extending service life. Avoid using grease-based lubricants to prevent blockage in machine holes and disruptions in gas flow.
