This system is engineered to automatically inject oil, meeting the lubrication demands of your machinery. As the machine operates, pressure gas enters the shell's inner cavity through the windward hole of the oil valve, applying force on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole, positioned perpendicularly to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential under the rapid flow conditions, allowing lubricating oil to be efficiently discharged through the conveying pipe. The oil is then atomized into a mist as it enters the compressed gas pipeline, optimizing lubrication for the rock drill and gas leg components.
With the oil injector, adjusting oil flow is effortless. Simply manipulate the oil valve handle to control the oil amount. An optimal flow rate is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. The presence of an oil mist in the exhaust signifies proper oil lubrication, ensuring the drill operates at peak efficiency.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for performance and longevity. Avoid grease lubrication, as it can obstruct machine holes, hinder airflow, and lead to inadequate lubrication of the gas leg. This oversight may reduce efficiency and accelerate wear and tear on components.
