How it works:
The high-speed movement of the internal parts of rock drills naturally demands consistent lubrication for seamless operation. Our advanced oil injector system seamlessly achieves automatic oil injection, ensuring your machinery remains optimally lubricated. As your equipment operates, pressurized gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity from the oil valve's windward hole, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The perpendicular alignment of the oil outlet hole to the pressurized gas flow creates a pressure difference, effectively enabling the lubricating oil to be expelled from the conveying pipe. This process leads to the oil being misted into the compressed gas pipeline, subsequently entering the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication across all moving components.
Our oil injector offers effortless control over oil distribution. By simply adjusting the oil valve handle, you can fine-tune the oil injection volume. An optimal oil flow rate is between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. To ensure proper lubrication, observe the presence of an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust, indicating sufficient lubrication for normal operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for prolonged performance and the extended service life of your machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication as it may clog machine holes, disrupt gas flow, and lead to inadequate lubrication of the head and gas leg. This can diminish machine efficiency and accelerate wear and tear on parts.
