As the machine powers on, pressure gas is channeled from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve into the shell's (2) inner cavity, pressing on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) strategically aligns perpendicular to the gas flow, generating a pressure differential that propels the lubricating oil out via the conveying pipe (4). This system transforms the oil into a fine mist within the compressed gas pipeline, permeating the rock drill and gas leg, thereby ensuring flawless lubrication of each moving component.
Our oil injector simplifies lubrication management; effortlessly adjust oil flow by simply maneuvering the oil valve handle. Optimal lubrication is achieved when 2.5 to 3 ml of oil is dispensed per minute. Monitor the drill machine's exhaust for an oil mist to confirm accurate lubrication levels and ensure machine longevity and efficiency.
Caution:
Proper lubrication critically influences the sustained performance and lifespan of your machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine holes, which can obstruct gas flow and impair the gas leg.
