How it works:
The high-speed movement of internal parts in rock drills demands uniform lubrication for seamless operation. Our sophisticated oil injector automatically administers lubrication, fulfilling the machine's needs. As the machine functions, pressure gas is channeled through the windward hole (1) into the shell's inner cavity (2), pressurizing the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically placed perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential under high-speed conditions, which efficiently expels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This action transforms the oil into a fine mist, integrating it into the compressed gas pipeline. Consequently, this misty blend enters the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring effective lubrication of all moving components.
The oil injector offers effortless oil volume adjustment; simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the flow. An ideal lubrication rate is 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Monitoring the exhaust of the drilling machine for an oil mist presence confirms the lubrication is apt and functioning properly.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining performance and extending service life. Avoid grease lubrication as it can obstruct machine holes, impair gas flow, and result in poor lubrication of the head and gas leg. This can diminish machine efficiency and accelerate wear.

Frequently asked questions
Price advantage
As a comprehensive industrial and trade entity, we proudly offer factory-direct pricing, ensuring great value for our customers!
How long will it take to deliver?
As manufacturers, we prioritize immediate production post-order confirmation. In-stock items are dispatched within 15 days. Larger orders may require up to 30 days for delivery.
What terms of payment do you accept?
We generally accept T/T or D/P. For T/T transactions, a 30% deposit is needed upfront, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
Our factory prices are steadfast throughout the year, adjusting only under specific scenarios: (1) Significant changes in the U.S. dollar exchange rate; (2) Escalations in labor or raw material costs necessitating manufacturer price changes.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We utilize three primary freight transport modes: (1) 80% of shipments are conducted by sea to key regions including Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) Deliveries to landlocked neighboring countries are made via road or rail.(3) For urgent delivery of light spare parts, air transportation is an available option.
