As your equipment powers up, the pressure gas courses into the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole of the oil valve, applying force on the oil's surface. The ingenious design features an oil outlet hole that is strategically perpendicular to the direction of the pressure gas flow. This alignment creates a remarkable pressure differential at the outlet, propelling the lubricating oil through the delivery pipe. As the oil exits, it transforms into a fine mist, seamlessly integrating with the compressed gas pipeline. This mist is then expertly channeled into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.

Our oil injector offers effortless control over lubrication levels. Simply pull the oil valve handle to adjust the flow rate to your precise needs. A recommended output is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. The ideal sign of proper lubrication is a visible oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine, indicating optimal functioning and equipment care.

It is strongly advised to avoid using grease lubrication, as it may obstruct the machine's channels, impairing gas flow.
