Mechanism of Action:
The intricate inner workings of a rock drill demand consistent lubrication for seamless performance. Our sophisticated oil injector offers automatic oil delivery, precisely fulfilling lubrication demands. During operation, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) through the windward hole (1) on the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil. The oil outlet (3) is strategically perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential that propels lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4). This dynamic process releases the oil into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist as it integrates into the gas stream and evenly lubricates all moving parts of the rock drill and gas leg.
Our user-friendly oil injector allows seamless adjustment. Simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the oil flow. Ideally, dispense 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Optimal lubrication is achieved when the drill's exhaust exhibits a fine oil mist.
Important Safety Note:
Proper lubrication is vital for optimal performance and longevity of machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent potential blockages in machine holes and gas flow, which can lead to inefficient lubrication of the head and gas leg, reduced machine efficiency, and accelerated wear on components.
