How it works:
The high-speed precision movement of the internal components within the rock drill demands consistent lubrication to maintain optimal performance. Our state-of-the-art oil injector is engineered to automatically administer lubrication, ensuring seamless operation. As the machine engages, pressurized gas penetrates the casing's inner chamber (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically positioned perpendicular to the gas flow direction. This results in a pressure differential at the outlet (3), efficiently discharging lubricating oil via the conveying pipe (4). It is then sprayed through the small hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, creating a fine mist. The compressed gas subsequently enters the rock drill and gas leg, impeccably lubricating all moving parts.
Our oil injector offers unparalleled ease of adjustment. Simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the oil injection volume. Ideally, the injector dispenses 2.5 to 3 ml of oil per minute. For optimal lubrication, ensure the drilling machine's exhaust exhibits an oil mist, indicating proper lubrication levels.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication as it can obstruct machine holes, hinder gas flow, and impair lubrication of the head and gas leg. This can reduce efficiency and accelerate wear of machine parts.

How long will it take to deliver?
