This advanced series of oil injectors is capable of simultaneously lubricating up to three rock drills, optimizing maintenance efficiency., Our oil injector system automates the lubrication process, aligning with machine lubrication requirements. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) through the windward hole (1) on the oil valve. This exerts pressure on the surface of the oil, creating a pressure difference at the oil outlet hole (3), which is perpendicular to the gas flow direction. Consequently, the lubricating oil is efficiently discharged from the conveying pipe (4) and the small hole (3), forming a mist that integrates into the compressed gas pipeline. This mist travels into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.The oil injector boasts user-friendly adjustment capabilities. Simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the oil flow. Each minute, the injector dispenses an optimal volume of 2.5 ~ 3 ml. Proper lubrication is indicated by observing oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine.
