How it works:
In the dynamic world of rock drilling, the high-speed motion of internal parts necessitates consistent lubrication to enhance performance and longevity. Our oil injector seamlessly automates this process, ensuring your machinery stays optimally lubricated. As the rock drill operates, pressure gas enters the shell's cavity from the windward hole of the oil valve, applying a gentle force on the oil surface. This unique design, where the oil outlet hole is perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential that releases the lubricating oil through the pipe. A fine mist is formed, which integrates with the compressed gas, flowing effortlessly into the rock drill and gas leg to lubricate all moving parts efficiently.
Our oil injector is expertly designed for ease of use: simply adjust the oil valve handle to control the oil flow. For optimal performance, maintain a flow rate of 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. When a fine oil mist is visible in the drill's exhaust, you have achieved the perfect lubrication balance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is critical for sustained performance and longevity of your machinery. Avoid grease lubrication, as it risks clogging machine holes and obstructing gas flow, leading to subpar lubrication and accelerated wear and tear. Always choose liquid lubrication for optimal results.
Frequently asked questions

We pride ourselves on being an integrated industrial and trade enterprise, offering competitive factory-direct pricing to our valued customers!
How long will it take to deliver?
As the manufacturer, we prioritize efficiency. Upon order confirmation, production begins immediately. Expect in-stock items to be delivered within 15 days, while larger orders may require up to 30 days for delivery.
What terms of payment do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T or D/P payments. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the balance of 70% payable before shipment for your convenience and assurance.
How long are your prices valid?
Our prices are designed to be stable and competitive all year round. Adjustments are made only if: (1) there are significant fluctuations in the U.S. dollar exchange rate; or (2) there is an increase in labor or raw material costs, necessitating a price revision.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We offer robust logistic solutions with three primary modes of transport to suit your needs. (1) Predominantly, 80% of our shipments are dispatched by sea to global regions including Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) For landlocked regions, road or rail transport ensures efficient delivery.(3) For urgent shipments of lightweight spare parts, we facilitate swift air transportation for quick delivery.
