As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the internal chamber of the shell (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure to the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is strategically positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, creating a pressure difference at the oil outlet under high-speed conditions, which elegantly propels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This oil is then expertly sprayed from the small hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. This mist enters the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving components.With our user-friendly oil injector, adjusting the oil quantity is as simple as pulling the oil valve handle, allowing precise control over lubrication levels. An optimal oil delivery rate of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended; observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust indicates proper lubrication.
