Pavement Breaker - Your Go-To Choice for Concrete Crushing
The RB777 pneumatic crusher, driven by compressed air, is engineered for supreme performance. By alternately distributing compressed air to both ends of the cylinder, the valve propels the hammer head reciprocally to drive the steel shank and chisel into the concrete. This robust, high-performance tool is effortless to operate and remains a classic choice amongst crushing tools. Its output power surpasses that of similar products, efficiently crushing a range of hard media. Precision-engineered parts ensure extended service life, and the product's weight adeptly counteracts 80% of rebound, offering comfortable operation.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the air pick is well-lubricated with oil prior to usage.
2. Maintain a stock of at least 3 spare air picks, and avoid exceeding 2.5 hours of continuous use for any single pick.
3. During operation, hold the handle firmly and press the pick in the chisel's direction to maintain strong contact with the socket.
4. Verify that the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at all joints.
5. Prevent inserting picks and drills completely into broken objects to avoid air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from violent shaking to prevent damage.
7. Select picks and drills based on the titanium lump's hardness. For harder lumps, use shorter picks and drills. Monitor the shank's temperature to prevent the pick and drill from jamming.
8. Promptly manage burrs and refrain from using them for drilling operations.
9. Strictly avoid air strikes.
