The Essential Oil Jug for Rock Drill and Mining Operations Support is ingeniously designed to ensure seamless lubrication of the high-speed internal components of a rock drill. The sophisticated oil injector provides automatic lubrication, fulfilling the machine's lubrication needs effortlessly. When the machine is operational, pressure gas channels into the inner cavity of the shell (2) via the windward hole (1) on the oil valve, expertly pressurizing the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is ingeniously aligned perpendicular to the flow of the pressure gas, creating a pressure differential at the oil outlet (3). This elegant mechanism propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), spritzing it into the compressed gas pipeline. Simultaneously, a fine mist is generated, with the compressed gas seamlessly entering the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving parts with precision.

The oil injector is user-friendly, allowing easy adjustment of oil volume by simply maneuvering the oil valve handle. A suitable oil volume ranges from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Perfect lubrication is indicated by the presence of an oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine, ensuring optimal performance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and longevity. Avoid using grease lubrication as it may clog machine holes, obstruct gas flow, impact the head, and compromise the gas leg's lubrication, leading to reduced machine efficiency and accelerated wear of parts.
