The strategically positioned oil outlet hole (3) lies perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential at the outlet. This results in the lubricating oil being efficiently discharged via the conveying pipe (4), transforming into a mist upon entry into the compressed gas pipeline. This sophisticated process ensures thorough lubrication of the rock drill and gas leg's various moving components.

The oil injector's design allows for effortless adjustment of oil quantity. Simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the injection volume, ensuring optimal performance. An ideal oil volume ranges from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Check for oil mist in the drilling machine exhaust to confirm proper lubrication levels for optimal functionality.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is essential to maintaining performance and prolonging service life.
