When activated, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity from the oil valve's windward hole, exerting force on the oil surface. The oil outlet on the valve is oriented perpendicularly to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential that propels the lubricant through the conveying pipe. As the oil is discharged, it is atomized into a fine mist, which seamlessly integrates into the compressed gas pipeline, efficiently lubricating all moving components within the rock drill and gas leg.The oil injector's ease of adjustment is noteworthy; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the oil quantity. The ideal oil output is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Ensure a visible oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine for optimal lubrication.
