How it works:
In the realm of mining operations, the seamless motion of internal components within a rock drill demands consistent lubrication. The Quality Oil Injector for Rock Drill is engineered to deliver precision lubrication, automatically administering oil to meet machinery's lubrication needs. As the machine activates, pressurized gas enters through the shell's windward hole (1), creating pressure on the oil surface within the cavity. The oil outlet (3), situated perpendicularly to the gas flow, experiences a pressure differential due to the high-speed gas, propelling lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This oil then atomizes into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist that penetrates the rock drill and its gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.
The oil injector is designed for ease and precision in oil volume adjustment; a simple pull of the oil valve handle allows you to control the flow. The optimal oil volume is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Proper lubrication is indicated by observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust, signifying the right amount of lubrication for smooth operation.
Caution:
Effective lubrication is paramount to maintaining performance and prolonging service life. Avoid using grease as it may clog machine holes, disrupt gas flow, impair gas leg lubrication, and lead to reduced efficiency and accelerated wear of parts.

Frequently asked questions
Price advantage
By operating as an integrated industrial and trade enterprise, we proudly offer competitive factory-direct pricing!
How long will it take to deliver?
As the manufacturer, we prioritize promptness, initiating production immediately upon order confirmation. Stock items ship within 15 days, while larger orders may take up to 30 days for delivery.
What terms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred payment methods are T/T or D/P. For T/T transactions, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
Our pricing remains stable throughout the year, reflecting our commitment as a reputable factory. Adjustments occur only if (1) there are significant fluctuations in the U.S. dollar exchange rate or (2) increases in labor or raw material costs necessitate manufacturer price changes.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We offer three primary freight transportation options: (1) Predominantly, 80% of our shipments travel by sea, reaching major continents such as Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) For landlocked neighboring countries, deliveries are made via road or rail.(3) For time-sensitive, lightweight spare parts, we provide air transportation services to ensure swift delivery.
