The strategically positioned oil outlet hole (3) aligns perpendicularly to the pressure gas flow, creating a crucial pressure difference at the outlet, thus propelling lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This ingenious mechanism disperses oil into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist that efficiently lubricates the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring optimal functionality of all moving parts.With this oil injector, adjusting oil quantity is effortlessly simple. By merely pulling the oil valve handle, you can precisely control the oil flow. An optimal flow rate is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute; a visible oil mist in the exhaust confirms the proper lubrication level, maintaining machine efficiency and durability.
