Ingeniously, the oil outlet hole (3) is positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, generating a pressure difference that efficiently propels lubricant through the conveying pipe (4). Here, the lubricant is atomized into a fine mist, merging with the compressed gas stream, which then circulates into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.

With our oil injector, adjusting the lubrication flow is effortless—just pull the oil valve handle to achieve precise control. Ideally, a flow rate of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute ensures optimal lubrication. Check the drill machine's exhaust for oil mist presence; this indicates that lubrication levels are perfectly balanced for smooth, efficient operation.
Caution:
