This innovative series of oil injectors is capable of simultaneously lubricating up to three rock drills, optimizing efficiency and performance., The oil injector system automates the oil injection process, fulfilling machine lubrication requirements seamlessly. During operation, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying force on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3), positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential at high speeds, enabling lubricating oil to be expelled through the conveying pipe (4). The outlet (3) atomizes the oil into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. This mist is then directed into the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating various mobile components.The oil injector offers simple adjustment of oil quantities by merely pulling the oil valve handle, allowing precise control. The recommended oil volume is 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. The presence of oil mist in the drilling machine exhaust indicates proper lubrication levels and optimal performance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication significantly influences performance continuity and equipment longevity. It is advisable to avoid grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine passages, obstructing gas flow, and causing inefficient lubrication of the head and gas leg, which can reduce machine efficiency and accelerate wear.
