The perpendicular orientation of the oil outlet hole (3) relative to the gas flow creates a significant pressure difference, propelling lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4) through the small oil hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline. This results in a mist formation within the compressed gas that enters the rock drill and gas leg, delivering thorough lubrication to all moving parts.With the oil injector, adjusting the oil volume is straightforward—just pull the oil valve handle to regulate the flow. For optimal performance, ensure the oil volume ranges from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Observing oil mist in the drilling machine exhaust indicates proper lubrication.
