As the machine operates, pressure gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity from the oil valve's windward hole, applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil release hole on the valve is strategically positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, creating a pressure difference that propels the lubricating oil through the conveyance pipe. The oil then enters the compressed gas pipeline, transforming into a mist that thoroughly lubricates all moving components of the rock drill and its gas leg.With an easy-to-adjust design, the oil injector allows precise control over oil volume via a simple pull of the oil valve handle. The optimal oil volume is between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Ensure the presence of an oil mist in the drill's exhaust for proper lubrication efficiency.
