This remarkable series of oil injectors is engineered to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity., Our state-of-the-art oil injector boasts automatic oil injection capabilities, impeccably fulfilling the lubrication demands of your machinery. During operation, the pressurized gas enters the internal cavity of the shell (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. As the gas flows at high speed, a pressure difference is induced between the oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve and the gas flow direction. This results in the discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4) and the oil small hole (3), which is subsequently sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline. This process creates a fine mist, with the compressed gas then entering the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving parts.The oil injector offers effortless adjustment of the oil quantity; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the oil flow. A volume of oil between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended. Ensure proper lubrication by observing the presence of an oil mist in the drilling machine exhaust.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining continuous performance and extending the service life of the equipment. It is highly recommended to avoid grease lubrication, as it may obstruct machine holes and hinder gas flow, leading to poor lubrication of the head and gas leg, reduced machine efficiency, and accelerated wear and tear of components.
