As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole of the oil valve, applying pressure to the oil surface. This ingenious design situates the oil outlet hole perpendicular to the gas flow direction. Consequently, a pressure differential propels the lubricating oil from the outlet into the conveying pipe, transforming it into a fine mist. This mist enters the compressed gas pipeline, thoroughly lubricating all internal components of the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.The oil injector's user-friendly design allows for effortless adjustment of the oil volume. Simply pull the valve handle to modify the output, maintaining the ideal oil flow of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Monitoring the exhaust for an oil mist confirms that lubrication levels are optimal for smooth machine operation.
