Ingeniously engineered, this remarkable series of oil injectors adeptly provides seamless lubrication for up to three rock drills simultaneously, enhancing efficiency and productivity., The oil injector is designed for effortless automatic oil injection, flawlessly accommodating machine lubrication requisites. As the machine operates, pressurized gas channels into the shell's inner chamber (2) via the oil valve's windward hole (1), exerting force on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3), strategically aligned perpendicularly to the gas flow, instigates a pressure differential, propelling lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4). This oil, released through the small outlet hole (3), is nebulized into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist. Consequently, this mist, entrained in compressed gas, traverses into the rock drill and gas leg, proficiently lubricating all moving components with precision.With a user-friendly design, the oil injector allows easy calibration of oil volume by simply maneuvering the oil valve handle. Dispensing an optimal 2.5 to 3 ml per minute ensures efficient lubrication. Indications of oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust signify the lubrication's adequacy for normal operation.

Effective lubrication plays a pivotal role in sustaining performance and extending service life. Refrain from using grease lubrication, as it risks obstructing machine holes, hindering gas flow, impairing head and gas leg lubrication, reducing efficiency, and accelerating component wear.
