The high-speed dynamics of the internal components within a rock drill naturally demand consistent and uniform lubrication of its moving parts to ensure optimal performance. This innovative series of oil injectors is expertly designed to lubricate three rock drills simultaneously, enhancing efficiency., The oil injector system is engineered to deliver automatic oil injection, perfectly aligning with the machine's lubrication requirements. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is oriented perpendicular to the gas flow direction, creating a pressure differential, facilitating the discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). The oil is then sprayed through the small hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a lubricating mist. This mist is conveyed into the rock drill and gas leg, efficiently lubricating the various moving components for sustained operation.Designed for ease, the oil injector's output can be effortlessly adjusted simply by pulling the oil valve handle, thus controlling the oil flow. Optimal lubrication levels are achieved with an oil output of 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute; observing the presence of an oil mist in the drill's exhaust confirms adequate lubrication.
Caution:
Proper lubrication plays a critical role in maintaining performance and prolonging service life. It is highly recommended to avoid using grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine apertures, which can obstruct gas flow, impair gas leg lubrication, reduce machine efficiency, and accelerate component wear.
