How it Works:
To ensure the flawless operation of the rock drill's high-speed components, consistent lubrication is crucial. Our oil injector is meticulously engineered to deliver automatic oil injection, perfectly meeting your machine's lubrication demands. During operation, pressurized gas flows through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, entering the shell's (2) inner cavity and applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3), oriented perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure difference resulting in the discharge of lubricating oil through the pipe (4). This oil is then finely sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, creating a beneficial mist. As the compressed gas reaches the rock drill and gas leg, it effectively lubricates all moving parts, ensuring optimal performance.

Our oil injector is a marvel of simplicity and effectiveness, offering easy control over oil flow. By merely adjusting the oil valve handle, you can regulate the injector's output. Ideal lubrication occurs at a rate of 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Simply observe the drill machine's exhaust for an oil mist to confirm proper lubrication.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is vital for sustained performance and extending service life. Avoid grease lubrication as it may clog machine holes, impede gas flow, and lead to suboptimal gas leg lubrication. This can reduce machine efficiency and accelerate wear of parts.
