4. It is imperative to use water during the drilling process to avoid the hazards of dry drilling. Initiate operations with water flow, followed by wind. When halting, reverse the sequence. Begin drilling at a lower speed, transitioning to full speed only after reaching adequate depth.

6. Pay close attention to your standing posture and body position while utilizing the air leg. Avoid applying body pressure and never stand directly in front of the rock drill to prevent injury from possible brazing rod breakage.

8. Exercise caution when retracting the rock drill or substituting the brazing rod. Operate the equipment gently, remaining aware of the brazing rod's position throughout the process.
