The oil outlet hole, positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential at high velocity, enabling the discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe. The emitted oil is finely atomized within the compressed gas pipeline, subsequently entering the rock drill and gas leg to lubricate all moving parts effectively.

Our Oil Injector is designed for precise lubrication control with ease. Adjust the oil flow effortlessly by pulling the oil valve handle, allowing you to tailor the lubrication to specific needs. Ideally, the tool dispenses 2.5 to 3 ml of oil per minute. Verify optimal lubrication by observing oil mist in the drill's exhaust, ensuring both efficiency and longevity in operation.
