How it works:
Harnessing advanced engineering, our Reliable Oil Injector ensures seamless lubrication for the high-speed internal components of your rock drill. It performs automatic oil injection, meeting all machine lubrication needs with ease. As the machine operates, the pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity through the oil valve's windward hole, exerting pressure on the oil surface. With the oil outlet hole positioned perpendicular to the gas flow direction, a pressure differential is created, allowing lubricating oil to efficiently discharge and be sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline. This forms a lubricating mist, which enters the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring optimal lubrication for all moving parts.
Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment; simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate oil volume. The ideal oil output is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute, and by observing the oil mist in the drill's exhaust, you can ensure lubrication levels are perfect for maintaining smooth operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for optimal performance and longevity. Avoid grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine holes, ensuring the gas flow isn't obstructed. Blockages can hinder lubrication of the head and gas leg, reducing machine efficiency and accelerating wear.

Frequently asked questions
Price advantage
As a distinguished integrated industrial and trade enterprise, we provide unbeatable factory-direct pricing!
How long will it take to deliver?
As the manufacturer, we commence production immediately after order confirmation. For readily available stock items, expect delivery within 15 days. Larger orders may have a delivery window extending to 30 days.
What terms of payment do you accept?
We typically accept T/T or D/P. For T/T transactions, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
Our factory prides itself on maintaining stable prices throughout the year. Adjustments occur only due to: (1) Fluctuations in the U.S. dollar exchange rate, or (2) Increases in labor or raw material costs necessitating price changes.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
There are three main modes of freight transport (1) A significant 80% of our shipments are by sea, reaching major continents like Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) For landlocked neighboring countries, we deliver via road or rail.(3) For urgent, lightweight spare parts, air transportation is available.
