During operation, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner chamber through the oil valve's windward hole (1), imposing pressure on the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3) is strategically positioned perpendicular to the pressurized gas flow, creating a pressure differential at the outlet (3). This differential propels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), where it is atomized and introduced into the compressed gas pipeline. As a result, this lubricant fog enters the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.Ease of use is paramount; adjusting the oil volume is as simple as pulling the oil valve handle, allowing precise control over oil injection. An optimal lubrication rate is achieved with a discharge of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute, as indicated by an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust.

Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and extending service life. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent clogging, which may block machine holes, inhibit gas flow, and diminish efficiency, thereby accelerating wear of parts.
