How it works:
The intricate high-speed operation of the internal components of a rock drill demands a consistently uniform lubrication. Our advanced oil injector delivers automatic lubrication, seamlessly fulfilling the machine's requirements. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is strategically positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, thereby creating a pressure difference at the outlet (3) during high-speed gas flow. This pressure differential propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4) as the oil small hole (3) sprays it into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. Subsequently, the compressed gas enters the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring optimal lubrication of all moving parts.
Our oil injector is designed for effortless adjustment of oil output. By simply pulling the oil valve handle, you can precisely control the injector's oil flow. A consistent oil volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is ideal. Observing an oil mist in the drill machine's exhaust signifies the correct oil lubrication level, ensuring seamless operation.
Caution:
Lubrication plays a crucial role in maintaining consistent performance and extending the service life of machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication, as it may obstruct machine holes, impede gas flow, and lead to inadequate head and gas leg lubrication. This can diminish machine efficiency and accelerate wear of components.
