This innovative series of oil injectors is designed to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, ensuring maximum efficiency and convenience., Our advanced oil injector facilitates automatic oil injection to meet precise machine lubrication requirements. During operation, pressure gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying force on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is oriented perpendicular to the pressure gas flow, creating a pressure differential at the oil outlet (3). Consequently, lubricating oil is discharged from the conveying pipe (4) and sprayed through the small oil hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist. This mist, carried by the compressed gas, efficiently lubricates the rock drill and gas leg, maintaining the smooth function of various moving parts.Our oil injector is designed for ease of use, allowing you to adjust the oil quantity simply by pulling the oil valve handle. Ideally, the oil volume should be 2.5~3 ml per minute. You can verify proper lubrication by observing the presence of an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust.
