Pavement Breaker - Your Ultimate Choice for Concrete Crushing
The RB777 Pneumatic Crusher, driven by compressed air, is masterfully designed for peak performance. It employs a valve to alternately route compressed air to both ends of the cylinder, creating a reciprocal motion that propels the hammer head to strike the steel shank and chisel through concrete. This resilient, high-caliber tool is straightforward to use, standing out as a timeless option in the field of crushing tools. Its power output exceeds that of comparable products, adeptly crushing media across a spectrum of hardness. Precision-engineered parts ensure extended longevity of components, and its weight effectively mitigates 80% of rebound force, facilitating ease of use.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the air pick is well-lubricated with oil prior to use.
2. Maintain a stock of at least three spare air picks, each not exceeding 2.5 hours of continuous operation.
3. During use, firmly grip the handle and apply pressure in the direction of the chisel to maintain strong contact with the socket.
4. Confirm that the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at all joints.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into broken objects to prevent damaging air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium mass, refrain from vigorous shaking to avert damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the hardness of the titanium mass. The greater the hardness, the shorter the tools should be. Monitor shank heating to avoid the pick and drill getting stuck.
8. Address burrs immediately and refrain from using them in drilling operations.
9. Under no circumstances should air strikes be allowed to occur.
