When activated, the pressure gas enters through the windward hole (1) into the shell's cavity (2), exerting force on the oil surface. The oil outlet (3) is aligned to be perpendicular to the gas flow. This strategic alignment creates a pressure difference, propelling the lubricating oil from the delivery pipe (4). The oil, then atomized into a fine mist, integrates into the compressed gas pipeline, effectively lubricating the rock drill and its components.
Our oil injector offers unparalleled ease in adjusting oil volume. Simply pull the handle of the oil valve to control the injection amount, ensuring optimal lubrication. A recommended volume is about 2.5~3 ml per minute. Confirm correct lubrication by observing oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine, indicating the precise amount for seamless operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is paramount to maintaining superior performance and prolonging the equipment's lifespan. Avoid using grease lubrication, as it may obstruct machine holes and impede gas flow, leading to inadequate lubrication of the gas leg and head.
