How it works:

Our oil injector is engineered to automate oil delivery, ensuring machine lubrication needs are impeccably met. When operational, the pressure gas enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) aligns perpendicularly with the pressure gas flow, creating a pressure difference at the outlet (3) under high-speed pressure gas conditions. This ingenuity propels the lubricating oil out through the conveying pipe (4). The oil's small hole (3) then disperses it into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a lubricating mist as it accompanies the compressed gas into the rock drill and gas leg, lubricating every moving component with precision.
Our oil injector is user-friendly, allowing for effortless oil quantity adjustments. Simply manipulate the oil valve handle to control the injection volume. An optimal oil throughput is maintained at 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Visual confirmation is achieved by checking the drilling machine's exhaust for an oil mist, indicating correct lubrication levels.
Caution:
Proper lubrication significantly influences the longevity and sustained performance of the machinery. Avoid grease lubrication to prevent potential blockages within the machine's holes. Obstructed gas flow can lead to poor gas leg lubrication, diminishing machine efficiency and accelerating wear of its parts.
