Our innovative oil injector is engineered to provide automatic oil dissemination, meeting the essential lubrication needs of your machinery. As your machine hums into action, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity through the strategic windward hole of the oil valve, applying consistent pressure on the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole is ingeniously designed to intersect perpendicularly with the direction of the gas flow. This clever configuration creates a pressure differential at the oil outlet, allowing lubricating oil to be efficiently channeled through the conveying pipe. As the oil exits through a small hole, it is finely atomized into a mist within the compressed gas pipeline, facilitating seamless lubrication of the rock drill and its supporting gas leg components.
Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment to ensure optimal lubrication. Simply maneuver the oil valve handle to control the precise amount of oil released. For best results, aim for an oil volume of approximately 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Ensure your drilling machine's exhaust emits a fine oil mist, indicative of appropriate lubrication levels for smooth and normal operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is pivotal for optimal performance and extending the machine's service life. Avoid grease lubrication, as it may clog machine holes or impede gas flow, leading to insufficient lubrication of the rock drill head and gas leg. This could result in reduced machine efficiency and accelerated wear of components.
