This innovative series of oil injectors is engineered to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, optimizing your operational efficiency and minimizing downtime., Our oil injector system autonomously manages oil injection, precisely meeting the lubrication demands of machinery. As the machine operates, pressurized gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, creating a surface pressure upon the oil. The oil valve's outlet hole (3), positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, generates a crucial pressure differential at the oil outlet (3) under high-speed gas flow. Consequently, lubricating oil is propelled through the conveying pipe (4). The oil exits via the small hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, producing a fine mist. This mist, integrated with the compressed gas, is directed into both the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.The oil injector offers user-friendly adjustment capabilities, allowing precise control over oil volume by simply manipulating the oil valve handle. An optimal oil distribution is maintained at approximately 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. When observing the exhaust of the drilling machine, the presence of an oil mist signifies ideal lubrication levels, ensuring smooth operation.

Avoid using grease for lubrication to prevent clogging machine apertures, which can obstruct gas flow and lead to inadequate head and gas leg lubrication, thereby reducing machine efficiency and accelerating component wear.
