As the machinery operates, pressure gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the oil valve's windward hole (1), pressurizing the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3), perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure difference during high-speed gas flow, propelling lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This process disperses the oil through small holes (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist that lubricates the rock drill and gas leg, maintaining seamless operation of moving parts.Our oil injector allows effortless adjustment of lubrication levels; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. For optimal performance, ensure oil volume is between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Monitor the drilling machine's exhaust for an oil mist to confirm proper lubrication levels.
