As the machine operates, pressurized gas is introduced from the windward hole (1) into the shell's inner cavity (2), applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet (3), strategically perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure difference that propels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). The oil passes through the small hole (3), sprays into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist that seamlessly integrates into the gas leg and rock drill, effectively lubricating all moving components.Adjusting the oil injector's output is a breeze—simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. The recommended oil volume is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Ensure proper lubrication by observing the presence of oil mist in the drilling machine’s exhaust; this indicates optimal lubrication.
