This series of oil injectors is capable of simultaneously lubricating three rock drills, showcasing its high efficiency and effectiveness in multi-tasking environments., Our oil injector system automatically administers oil, fulfilling all lubrication needs of your machinery. Once in operation, the pressure gas channels through the oil valve's windward hole (1) into the shell's cavity (2), applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3) faces perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure difference at the outlet, compelling lubricating oil up through the delivery pipe (4). This innovative design sprays oil into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. This mist enters the rock drill and gas leg, thoroughly lubricating all moving parts.Our oil injector allows for precise adjustment of oil volume-simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. Ideal oil volume is 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Proper lubrication is confirmed when a fine oil mist is visible in the drilling machine's exhaust.
