As the machine activates, pressurized gas flows into the shell cavity, applying pressure to the oil surface. The oil valve's perpendicular outlet to the gas flow creates a pressure differential, allowing lubricating oil to efficiently disperse into the compressed gas pipeline. This forms a lubricating mist that seamlessly enters the rock drill mechanism and gas leg, delivering comprehensive lubrication to all moving parts.Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment of oil volume; simply manipulate the oil valve handle to control it. An optimal oil volume ranges between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Observing oil mist in the drill's exhaust is a sign of proper lubrication, ensuring smooth operation.
