Precautions:
1. Prior to use, ensure the air pick is thoroughly lubricated with oil to enhance performance and longevity.
2. Maintain a minimum of 3 spare air picks, each limited to continuous operation of no more than 2.5 hours to prevent overheating.
3. During operation, maintain a firm grip on the handle and apply pressure in the chisel's direction, ensuring secure contact between the pick and socket.
4. Use a clean, uncontaminated trachea and verify that all connections are securely fastened to avoid air leaks.
5. Prevent air strikes by not fully inserting picks and drills into broken objects, preserving both the tool and the material.
6. Should the pickaxe become lodged in a titanium lump, avoid exerting forceful movements to prevent structural damage.
7. Select picks and drills tailored to the hardness of titanium lumps; for tougher lumps, opt for shorter picks and drills, and vigilantly monitor shank temperature to avoid sticking.
8. Immediately address any burrs; refrain from utilizing burrs for drilling tasks to maintain tool integrity.
