As the machine is activated, pressurized gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole on the oil valve, applying pressure on the oil surface. With an oil outlet strategically placed perpendicular to the gas flow, a pressure differential is created, propelling lubricating oil from the delivery pipe. The oil, transformed into a fine mist, is effectively integrated into the compressed gas pipeline, ensuring thorough lubrication of the rock drill and its gas leg, thus enhancing the performance of various moving parts.

With an effortlessly adjustable mechanism, our oil injector allows you to finely tune the oil input simply by maneuvering the oil valve handle. Optimize lubrication with a recommended volume of 2.5 to 3 ml of oil per minute. Monitor the exhaust of the drilling machine—visible oil mist indicates optimal lubrication, ensuring peak operational performance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is vital for maintaining high performance and extending service life. Avoid grease lubrication as it may obstruct machine openings, impair gas flow, affect the head and gas leg lubrication adversely, reduce efficiency, and accelerate wear on components.
