As the equipment functions, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the oil valve's windward hole (1), applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically aligned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential during high-speed gas transit. This pressure difference efficiently discharges lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), with the small hole (3) dispersing it into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. This sophisticated system ensures comprehensive lubrication of the rock drill and gas leg, enhancing the performance of all moving parts.

Fine-tuning the Oil Injector is straightforward. Simply adjust the oil valve handle to control oil flow. A recommended volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is ideal. Monitor the drilling machine's exhaust for oil mist, signaling optimal lubrication levels for peak performance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication significantly impacts performance consistency and longevity. Avoid grease lubrication, as it may clog machine holes and hinder gas flow. This can lead to suboptimal head and gas leg lubrication, reducing machine efficiency and accelerating wear on components.
