Pavement Breaker - Your Premier Choice for Concrete Demolition
The RB777 pneumatic crusher, driven by compressed air, is designed for superior performance. With its valve system distributing compressed air alternately to cylinder ends, it moves the hammer head reciprocally, effectively striking the steel shank and chisel into concrete. This robust tool is easy to operate and a timeless choice among demolition tools. Delivering greater output than its counterparts, it can crush materials of varied hardness with ease. The precision-engineered parts ensure longevity, and the tool's weight effectively counteracts 80% of rebound forces for user comfort.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the air pick is lubricated with oil prior to each use.
2. Maintain at least three spare air picks readily available, and limit each air pick's continuous operation to 2.5 hours maximum.
3. During use, grip the handle securely and align the pick with the chisel for effective contact at the socket.
4. Verify that the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at all junctions.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into fractured materials to prevent air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from violent shaking to avoid damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the hardness of the titanium lump. For harder lumps, use shorter tools, and monitor shank heating to prevent jamming.
8. Promptly address burrs and refrain from using them for drilling tasks.
9. Strictly prohibit air strikes to maintain tool integrity and operator safety.
