This advanced series of oil injectors expertly provides simultaneous lubrication for up to three rock drills, enhancing operational productivity., The oil injector is designed for automatic lubrication, meeting the high standards of machine maintenance. When activated, pressurized gas flows into the shell's inner cavity (2) via the oil valve's windward hole (1), pressurizing the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential that drives lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4) into the compressed gas pipeline. This process atomizes the oil, allowing it to enter the rock drill and the gas leg effectively, lubricating all moving parts efficiently.Adjusting the oil injector is straightforward—simply pull the oil valve handle to control the oil flow. The ideal oil volume ranges from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Proper lubrication is indicated by an oil mist visible in the exhaust of the drilling machine.

Proper lubrication is crucial for the machine's longevity and performance. Refrain from using grease lubrication to prevent clogs that can hinder airflow and reduce efficiency, leading to accelerated wear of parts.
